Soitec is the main manufacturer of SOI wafers, the wafer architecture used to manufacture photonics which are starting to scale and should ramp up production to 4x/5x over the next year. As the company owning the patent on the main manufacturing method, Soitec is poised to capitalize largely on this new vertical.
